Inspired by the character from the Bridgerton Series, we envision this dress as the ultimate pick for Penelope as a Cherry Velvet gal. We think she would approve! It's based off the fit of our popular Norma dress with added flutter sleeves and a 3" longer skirt. You'll find very generous pockets and a full skirt suitable for one of our fluffy chiffon crinolines* 

Fit notes: If you have an above average to larger bust, this style is for you. Also the flutter sleeve is very accommodating for a fuller bicep.

Size M - XL  measures approximately 42.5" from shoulder to back hem.
Sizes 1X - 3X measure approximately 43" from shoulder to back hem.
