Exchanges

Cherry Velvet guarantees your satisfaction with our merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange regularly priced*, unworn merchandise within 21 days (date of the original purchase is clearly marked on order receipts).

*sale items are not eligible for exchange; all sale items are final sale

Although shipping the item To Cherry Velvet for exchange is at your expense, Cherry Velvet will ship the new item to you at no additional shipping cost 1 time per order*.

*only if located within Canada/Continental United States**

In the case where a customer requests a second exchange on an order (**or is located outside Canada/Continental United States), a standard shipping fee will be charged.

Exchange Procedures

To expedite the exchange process of your purchase, please complete the following steps:
  • Check your order receipt to make sure the 21 day time frame has not expired.
  • Call us at 1-877-994-9977 or 604-683-9279, within our online customer care hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) to request an exchange authorization number. Exchanges that do not have an exchange authorization number will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • Write the exchange authorization number provided, clearly on the outside of the package
  • Ship the exchange to the following address:

Important Notes:
All exchanging items must be in their original, unworn condition with all hang tags and labels attached.

If you have ordered multiple items that require exchanging, please ship all items together.

Please note that all exchanges are subject to product availability, and will be processed within 48 hours of
receipt when possible.

Items exchanged in any condition other than that in which they were originally sent will not be eligible for exchange (i.e. deodorant stains, smoke smell, pet hair, pet stains, hang tags removed, or worn in any way).

We retain the right to refuse any exchange that is not in its original -unworn condition.

Items may not be exchanged at any specialty stores carrying the same brand as purchased at cherryvelvetplus.com.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and will only be refunded if the wrong item is sent.
US CUSTOMERS

Please return your package to us by USPS.(Regular US mail)  Insurance is recommended. (Please do not ship using UPS due to high brokerage charges) It's important to communicate with us regarding your package so we all do our best to avoid taxes and duties at the border. (we do not cover any of these expenses) Please print and attach this address label provided which includes some important info for customs.  Thank-you
