FT Office Admin / Copywriter

We are looking for a bright, outgoing and motivated individual to join our small, but amazing team!


  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail (spoken & written English proficiency is a must)
  • Previous administration experience
  • Knowledge or understanding of the fashion industry
  • Able to occasionally lift 20kg

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with content management systems (Shopify, Wordpress, etc)
  • Customer service/retail experience
  • Social media management experience
  • Copywriting / Professional writing experience
  • Social media management and online campaign experience (Mailchimp, Facebook, etc...) 

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Initiating and responding to customer service calls/emails and requests
  • Data entry
  • Contributing to office deadlines including invoicing, pulling and shipping customer
    orders, maintaining stock lists, and general office administration
  • A/R and A/P
  • Coordinating with suppliers and issuing purchase orders
  • Participate and/or contribute to ideas for social media and blogging


  • A Degree/Diploma or Certificate in one or more of the following:
    • Business Management
    • Communications / Writing / Public Relations
    • Bookkeeping and / Office Admin

In-Studio, Full-time position; Wage to be negotiated; immediate start date.
